The April edition of The Architects Journal features our Cambridge Street scheme in Manchester. As part of the AJ’s special on ‘Built to rent’ and appearing on the front cover, Cambridge Street is included as one of their key three landmark PRS schemes.
Jay Merrick architecture critic of The Independent writes:
“The essential quality of Hodder’s in-situ concrete-framed architecture is concentrated in the way it has been skilfully demassed in plan and verticality, and in the details and modelling of external surfaces”.
