Four Piccadilly Place for Argent Estates is nearing completion. The 110,000sqft Grade A office building, which also comprises 10500 sqft retail space, will achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating. The building will conclude the development of Piccadilly Place adjacent to Piccadilly Station, a new commercial centre for the City.
