We’re delighted to announce that Hodder+Partners has been shortlisted for Architect of the Year at the upcoming North West Residential Property Awards.
The event brings together property professionals driving our region forward and will be held at EventCity on January 25, 2018.
Our submission included No 1 Cambridge Street, which was shortlisted for an RIBA Award and is also shortlisted in the Architects’ Journal Awards Tall Building category, No 1 Water Street, and the regeneration of Gateway House, adjacent to Piccadilly Station, often seen as a visitor’s first impression of Manchester.
During our 25th anniversary year we’ve taken great pleasure in working with clients on some wonderful projects including Plaza 1821 – Liverpool Waters, St Michael’s in Manchester city centre and residential projects in major cities including Leeds, Sheffield, Nottingham, London and Bristol, to name but a few.
The winner of Architect of the Year will be chosen by esteemed judges including Karen Hirst, director, Maple Grove Developments; Shelagh McNerney, head of development, Salford City Council and Stephen Young, director of place, Bolton Council.
We’re looking forward to the awards and wish all the projects shortlisted the best of luck.
