The redevelopment of 121 Banbury Road for St Clare’s College, Oxford, has received planning permission and Listed Building Consent. Production Information for the proposal which comprises the conservation of Henry T Hare’s Grade II listed 1903 Arts and Crafts building, an art studio and student accommodation arranged in three pavilions within the garden, has now commenced for tender Autumn 2009.
