We had a fantastic time at Insider’s 24th Annual East Midlands Property Dinner! It was wonderful to celebrate with our clients, Olympian Homes, as our 790-bed student accommodation project on Alfreton Road, Nottingham, was shortlisted for Property Deal of the Year.
A huge thank you to Olympian Homes, Housing Growth Partnership, and JLL Living Capital Markets for the invitation. The scheme is progressing well and is set for completion in just under 12 months. We’re excited to see this project come to fruition and look forward to collaborating on more amazing projects in the future!
