Phase 2 is now rising steadily, with the concrete frame reaching Level 9. This has seen the transition from the office floors into the hotel levels. The podium deck is now fully defined, and the tower’s floorplate is climbing higher, setting the foundations for what’s to become a part of Manchester’s evolving skyline.
