Great to see the progress on site at No.2 St Michael’s on Wednesday, with a tour led by Antony Dewar and the Renaissance Associates Limited team.
Hearing how the structure has been brought together was particularly valuable, from the way loads are transferred through the podium to the careful integration of new elements within the retained building fabric. These kinds of details are what make complex schemes like this work, and seeing them in person is always rewarding for us as architects.
