The redevelopment of Tynemouth Station, which comprises the restoration of the fine cast iron canopies (working with Latham Architects), a new library for North Tyneside Council and an anchor tenant unit, will be shortly submitted for planning. The £9m scheme is one of seven projects applying for the third wave of Sea Change funding, the outcome of which will be in July 2009.
