We are pleased that the appeal for Parrs Wood Lane in Didsbury has been allowed. The development on the former Tesco Car Park site will be a 6-storey residential building providing 75 new homes, including 20% affordable homes, together with ground floor flexible residential amenity space.
The Inspector concluded that,
‘The scale and massing would be entirely in keeping with the height of other developments in this part of the area’ and that ‘…the development would act as a positive focal point in this gateway site’.
